My objective is to serve my clients in the most cost effective and timely manner possible, using my special management abilities to simultaneously administer numerous major projects throughout the year without delays or interruptions and by sensibly scheduling more than twenty different crews comprised of six to ten workers each.

I am proud to say that Islander has served more than three thousand satisfied customers in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties, building new homes from the ground up and rehabilitating many structures including but not limited to full makeovers, extensions, dormers, roofing, siding and foundations, as well as my specialty of rehabilitating fire and fresh and salt water damage structures.

Fire and water damaged rehabilitation is an art in itself as it takes experienced workers to retrofit the original builders job and knowing when to stop an insurance adjusters from patching or shoring up a damaged or poorly constructed building in order to save money. “When in doubt tear it out.” It takes a savvy builder to confront powerful insurers in order to give policy holders what they truly deserve.

I am fully licensed and in good standing with Nassau and Suffolk Counties Departments of Consumer Affairs and I am licensed, bonded, insured. I have long time master artisan employees with many years of expertise in fine carpentry, tile and marble work as well as fine cabinetry as well as all fields of fine finish construction. I combine the highest grade and most cost effective materials to fit my client’s budgets.
